What we inspect

Oven/Range: Oven calibration, gas line leak check, potential safety issues, brand or model specific common issues.
Dishwasher: Water leaks, full diagnostic test, brand or model specific common issues.
Washer: Water leaks, hoses, filter check, drum bearings, suspension/shock absorbers seals, excess wear, and brand or model specific common issues.
Dryer: Lint buildup, drum seals and rollers, heating element or gas burner, thermostat and safety cutoffs, and gas connections (if applicable).
